Casing and baskets in stainless steel – bowl in stainless steel AISI 316 thickness 15/10 – basket handles in insulating material – armored heating elements in stainless steel incoloy – water loading tap connectable to the network – external safety valve – raised chimney with backsplash function. The CPM30 model is equipped with neutral element, a drainage system connected to the network and a touch system to remove pasta starch deposits.
