Combined meat mincer and grater – polished aluminum casing and stainless
steel hopper. Removable grinding unit in stainless steel AISI 304 – meat inlet
ø 52 mm – oiled gear motor. Equipped with enterprise system with stainless
steel plate (holes ø 6 mm) and self-sharpening stainless steel knife. Grater
section featured by: polished aluminum inlet 140×75 mm – stainless steel
roller – lower protection grid – micro switch on the grater pusher.
