Terugbetalingsbeleid
We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, for manufacturing defects in equipment. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Your item must be unworn and in the same condition as when you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only offer refunds for items sold at the normal price, outlet items cannot be returned.
If the item in question was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Exchanges (if applicable).
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by the courier. If you need to exchange something for the same item, please email us at horeca@starmagine.com and send the item to:

Goods not covered
The following goods are not covered by the returns policy:
Gift cards
Wooden or disposable items.
Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons other than our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a maximum of 30 days.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.

Shipping
Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It should be sent to the following address: Praceta Comandante Sá Linhares N1 2DTO 2910-304 Setúbal, Portugal.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
Shipping costs are not subject to refund! If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your product to reach you may vary.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
