25 L fryer for pastry. Counter-top model – casing, tank, lid, basket and heating
elements in stainless steel AISI 304 – basket handles and knobs in insulating
material – safety thermostat with reset button – removable head and heating
elements – external safety tap with bayonet frontal plug-in discharge system
– equipped with a large basket. It reaches 180°C in about 16 minutes, frying
time in about 6 minutes.
